Peter Blake unveiled his Albert Hall triptych today.  It looks like his album cover of the Beatles Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club band says the photo's caption in The Times.  And it does. Blake used the occasion to lambast the price of modern artists' work. Blake only got £200 from Apple for that iconic image and explains "that his new mural had been easier to make than the Beatles artwork because of advances in technology" (The Times 30/4/14 p3).  I know which one I prefer: the cheap one.
